  1. Shows what a good job Marti Cifuentes and Danny Röhl have done since coming in. Although in Röhl’s case it would have been hard for anyone to be as bad as Xisco

Danny Rohl adding more than a point per game is wild. Rooney being the worst change is very expected

Oi, where are our columns for 3rd, 4th, and 5th manager change? We’re league leaders in this statistic and I want it reflected

Be interesting to see it at the end of the season. Cleverly has done well but he’s only managed 3 games. 2 of them were pretty difficult games tbf but still.

  5. Rooney ruined this season. One of the worse manager appointments at the worst time, when things was actually running smooth within the club. Bet the owners regret that decision massively.

Was the first Birmingham manager sacked due to performance, or was it a fall-out with the board? Because it seems he was doing a very good job.

  7. Speaking from the experience we had last season, there’s always a risk of not changing your manager early enough which leads to all sorts of problems that the next manager can’t do anything about.

I do find it interesting that stats show that generally managerial changes don’t make much of a difference but each case has to be looked at separately IMO.

  8. If I was to judge them:

Manning- Not significantly better than Pearson but looking promising

Beale- Was poor but helped in these stats by managing so few games and his replacement being so out of his depth

Cleverley- Doing good so far but hard to judge

    Williams- See Manning, same applies

Cifuentes- One of the appointments of the season, significantly better than his predeccesor

Eustace- Done better than JDT but the PPG won’t reflect that as JDT went through a good run of results before things totally collapsed

Schumacher- Doing his best with the shite Neil left him with

Edwards- Disaster, tried to change things too quickly

Harris- Just got Millwall back to playing to their strengths

    Rooney- See Edwards, same applies

    Foster- And again

Huddersfield- Both Moore and his replacement have been poor. May as well have stuck with the caretaker as he was actually doing well.

    Rohl- Doing his best

Richardson- Hard to judge, chucked under the bus with a rotten squad and only 1 January signing

That is a terribly chaotic graph. Graphs are supposed to make data easier to understand!

  10. I like that QPR upward graph. The best thing about is he changed from unwatchable hoofball shithousing to tidy positive football.

I think it was WBA fans who said we were to worst and best teams they faced this season. I just hope no one else comes in for him.

From this angle it doesn’t seem Beale was that bad but based on what I’ve heard he’d get very few additional points till the end of the season
