Can only make this league more chaotic and entertaining.

We all just need “one more promotion”.

It’ll be super interesting how their sponsorship and revenue grows. Feels like they’ll get the investment but I wonder if it will wain if they stagnate for a year or two.

League 1 is much harder to get out of with the teams from the Championship going down have much better squads and finances.
Interesting to see how they invest and do in that league but I predict the tv series won’t be as fun

The owners aren’t even that rich compared to some championship owners so they can’t keep overspending to try and reach the prem. They should be smart now and invest in young players and try to build smartly for a championship push.
Feel like they’ve got away with it for a couple of years having a crap manager but also having way better players than the others, that gap will probably close a little bit this year but you’ll not get away with it at the top of league 1 and championship

They’re going to get bogged down in League One for a while. Horrid league to get out of.
Plus they’re no longer the big fish in a small pond. Lots of teams with their amount of resources, or more.

The difference is their squad is not clearly above the level of League One like it was the National League and League Two.

It’ll be interesting to see what happens in league 1 next year – looking at their squad, it seems built to get them out of league 2 and not much else, the average age is 28.3 and out of their squad I can only imagine 4-5 of their squad would get near to a squad of a league 1 playoff chasing side.
To say how much bigger their budget is compared to their competition for the last few years, they’re incredibly underwhelming squad wise – they’ve effectively had their pick of players (at the level their at) for the last few years and it doesn’t really show.
I’d expect them to be busy in the summer with 10-15 players needed at least, imagine they’ll try to get a lot of the aging championship players that are released looking at their current squad.

Can see them struggle in League One for a bit tbh. There’s teams with greater resources and much better infastructure struggling to get out of it. Derby, Bolton, Charlton… Sunderland and Ipswich pretty recently, etc.
I can see them getting boatloads of cash injections soonish though, all it takes is for Reynolds to call up another multi-millionnaire hollywood mate to give Wrexham a leg-up on the rest.

League One will be the first real test of the owners’ competence. Their high profile and documentary has created revenue opportunities that would be impossible for most third, fourth, and fifth tier sides. They will need to recruit well and improve tactically, but I won’t be surprised at all to see them make the top six.

I think they’ll struggle and eventually the bubble will burst but if I’m honest I said the same about Leicester in 2016 and the same about Ipswich this year so the fuck do I know.

Can we all agree that if they get promoted to the championship that we will just automatically down vote every single comment and post to oblivion. Especially the Disney plus American fans

We are all just one relegation away from Hollywood!

Glad for them, but they’ve very much been brute forcing their way up the pyramid so far, throwing money at players too good really for the level they’re playing at. That is not going to work to get out of League 1.
Even this year, they’ve had games where they’ve looked tactically naive and lost because they can’t adapt to a team really giving them a fight.
This is going to to be the first real test for the owners now. How do you deal with a league you aren’t overspending in, and with teams that are way better than you on paper?

Remember to apply to your local council everyone, before organising your street parties. I know it’s a momentous event of national celebration that a small football club from North Wales is being bankrolled by a couple of Hollywood celebrities, but remember not to celebrate too long into the night, you’ve got work tomorrow.

They’re fucking insufferable.
I used to watch Solihull a lot and they were pricks in that league too.
