The Croatian defender gave us an early lead when he rounded off a neat passing move with Kevin De Bruyne claiming his 111th assist to move joint second on the all-time list.

A second didn’t come until just before the hour-mark with Foden’s precise finish before adding two more for an emphatic scoreline.

Victory keeps the destiny our hands but we must beat Tottenham and West Ham in our final two matches to guarantee success.
