Will Still & Sunderland: appears over, barring late u-turn. Staff/investment concerns for Still. Means S’land enter June without manager since Feb 19. No way to run a club who’ve sold 31,000 2024-25 season tickets – an almost surreal number. Serious questions re succession plan.

What is Sunderland’s plan? I thought the Still thing was signed and sealed and maybe a delay to help avoid compensation.
I swear KLD and Speakman are trying to play this fantasy game of FM, where everything is done on the cheap and young players are bought low and sold high.
KLD was given a massive summer to rebuild faith with the fans and he’s completely fucked it.
Think if he’d just ended up choosing Lens it’d have been obviously bad, but nowt like this. Extremely worrying if it’s purely down to the owners basically scaring him off over whatever their transfer plans for this summer were

Man Sunderland were finally getting some sort of momentum and positivity and now it’s all gone. I like them as a neutral and was kind of hoping they’d work their way up to the Prem eventually but now it’s not looking too good.
