Spain is another level, Dima looking bad in the NT. We’re just chasing the ball.

  2. A seasoned coach like Spalletti failing to understand that this system (4-3-3, 4-2-3-1 or whatever it is this shameful rubbish he’s playing) is suicide against Spain. The “attacking” block Scamacca-Pellegrini-Chiesa are exerting zero pressure and doing zero defensive work, de facto allowing the 4 Spanish defenders + 3 midfielders to handle the ball uncontested against Barella alone (in exchange for not even being able to handle the ball for more than 2 consecutive seconds each one of them).

Individually Di Lorenzo, Chiesa, Jorginho and Pellegrini are frankly rubbish and Scamacca is Ciro Immobile reincarnated: he can’t score nor he can touch the ball for the life of him.

Of course we don’t have talents around but this system is not only maniacal but a compulsive obsession that I wouldn’t expect Spalletti to fall into.

  3. Di Lorenzo is worse than D’Ambrosio, I’ve been saying this for ages. I will never understand his hype. Him playing instead of Darmian as a RCB is a crime.

All that talk about playing 3 5 2 pre Euro from Spalleti đŸ€ŠđŸ»â€â™‚ïž

And he replaced Jorginho with fucking Bryan Cristante, playing with him is like having a hole right in the middle
