Apparently second bid for kilman never actually happened!
just watched ben jacobs on the wolfpack youtube and he said west ham have only put one bid in and that was for £25m. Second bid including player was never actually submitted. Thoughts on this?

They might’ve asked if we’d consider the possibility of a player plus cash, but without officially submitting it as a bid.
