  1. So many amazing lines. They always score. This has to be their year. Manchester United have reached the promise land. Clive will forever be a legend for this game alone

I get goosebumps every time I hear”and Solksjaer has won it!” Wonderful, iconic narration.

His silence after Ole’s goal is amazing. I remember being utterly speechless when that ball went in (I was for the whole two minutes, from Teddy scoring to Ole scoring) so I always imagined Tyldesley was just as lost for words.

  4. I really hope he joins TNT.

His voice is as a backdrop for United in Europe was peak of 2000s.

  5. Sad to see, although I think he will get a job elsewhere hopefully.

I’ve had his famous line in my Reddit flair for a long time.

It’s a shame this cuts before the line: “What must Lothar Mattaus be thinking? Well, with the greatest respect, who cares?!”

The most iconic few minutes of commentary ever imo.
