Do we know if we’re keeping Bentancur and/or Skipp, figured Hojbjerg and Lo Celso are gone but he’s obviously not a natural cover for the LCM or DM as they became last season. Feels to me one or both could be moving on considering the fee.

He needs to play as a holding mid as he is strong, good on the ball and can pass.
I don’t want to play this up but he reminds me a lot of Roy Keane when he was young, I mean the tackling and passing side.
Reading between the lines, I think this confirms Royal’s definitely off – Gray must have been promised minutes for this to make sense (unless his advisors are utterly idiots). I suspect he’ll be the primary backup to Porro, and will get minutes at CM as well. Bit of a stretch, but in the event of an injury crisis at LB, he may also get minutes there.
Strange that Rodon’s accepting a move to the championship, though. He’s got interest from a number of PL clubs. Even Tanganga has held out for a move to a top flight league longer than he has.
