[Di Marzio] Valentin Carboni increasingly towards Olympique Marseille. It is a goal of Roberto De Zerbi, today contacts with Inter continued. The French also challenge Lazio for Mason Greenwood and have offered more than Lazio (€20M) in the last few hours and are very confident in closing the deal.

Certainly hope we can achieve more than that — €20m would be a steal

  2. 20M is a very low price, I wonder if that’s the best so far? I think there should be massive add ons at the very least (and the rumoured 50% sell-in clause).

20m seems low, even given the situation.

I think we can get primary targets sorted and then have an efficient back office with targets and knowledge all lined up so that we can wait longer for sales, achieve better prices and move quickly when budget is increased.

Fingers crossed. But it feels good to believe that may even be remotely possible. Past windows, that would have been naive hope.

  4. Does that headline say Lazio offered 20m and Marseille are offering more? Or 20m is what Marseille are offering

  5. Unbelievably shit price if true. Can’t see the club accepting it considering our already low valuation was around double that

€20m is absolute *robbery*. He’s surely worth in the region of £30/€35.

He was arguably Getafe’s best player last season.

  7. we should sell him to the LA Clippers the way they’re moving honestly we might get more
