I don’t know much about Greaves but Philogene would be a great signing.

  2. Can’t be true, we know Philogene is clear of Summerville, and Greaves is the best young English center back in the country…

  3. Football Insider getting more and more creative with their fake reporting.

Fucking love the ambition we’re showing now. This is how you do a first transfer window after promotion.

The price they’re worth is the price Hull value them at and what Ipswich value them at.
If I were Hull I’d want more than £15m for Greaves. They know Ipswich have prem money now.
Expect it to be rejected, Ipswich to go to £40m for the pair, that would tempt Hull more.

  6. Like both these players but would prefer to spend on experience instead. Not too keen on building a Championship super team. Greaves could be good for us but certainly not for £20m.

  7. We really need to tell Ipswich to get lost with these insulting offers as they aren’t close to the valuations so are wasting their time

  8. 3 years ago: Kyle Edwards on a free…what the actual fuck.

Does seem maybe abit cheap, but then 18m for Hutchinson who is younger than both, and near the end of the season was 1 of the most inform players in the league..does look like we don’t want to return to this sub 🤣

  9. I think there’s a tendency to overvalue players amongst fans of their current clubs but however you split the £30 million (10 for Greaves, 20 for Philogene, 15 each, etc.), I feel like you end up undervaluing one of the assets. Can’t see it getting done at this price.

  10. If that deal was to go through things would start to get concerning for hull imo.

With 5 weeks to go until the season they’d have 21 players (Including 4 keepers, half a dozen players who spent last season on loan at bottom half l1 and 2 teams & only 4 players who started the last game of last season), a new manager who has never manged in this league before, and off the back of sacking a popular manager.

They’ll have the money to spend but will probably need at least one good signing for every position which will spread the cost thin.
