I think I do have to ask myself how much I am concerned with every staff change.
Ultimately INEOS have taken a lot of cost cutting measures or are at least considering different ideas for costly projects. This is one of those unfortunately we won’t know if it’s working for a few years with injuries, player morale, etc.
I’m not one for idle speculation, but it is interesting timing wise that two high profile women responsible for commercial strategy (Collette Roche and Mags Mernagh) have left within 2 weeks of each other along with some of our best players.
Could be completely isolated but I’m also not buying that all this turnover and change is without considerable collateral damage that is a negative on the club.
