When her departure was announced, I thought I’d be absolutely devastated when I see her in another club’s colours, but I kind of don’t care now. Her scoring and assisting in her last game was the perfect ending to her time here (considering the circumstances) imo and gave me closure.
I hope City continues to be trophyless, but I wish her to do well individually even though I’m a bit puzzled how she’ll fit in there considering Shaw’s form, Park/Roord’s success at no10 and I just can’t see her be willing to come off the bench. Also, I have to say that I don’t know what has to happen for me to start thinking that Gareth Taylor is a great coach, but I’ll let you know if it happens.

Lol just had the biggest flashback of Joe Montemurro speaking of beautiful football. We went for four years without winning a single title or reaching any final.
But also, if beautiful football is the attraction… why the hell did she reject that Barcelona contract? You know what, it’s none of my business. Wishing her all the best.

Might be downvoted, but unlike many comments here I actually don’t feel that bitter about this.
But that might also be because I haven’t felt a great deal of enthusiasm about Jonas and the state of our club for the past few seasons. Not that my opinion of GT is any better, but we may get to see vintage Viv again and that’s good for the league and the sport, even if it has to be in a City shirt.
