If the entire point is to create a consistent footballing philosophy throughout the entire club from the first team all the way to our under 18s etc
Then this does look to be shaping up promisingly and I do like that vision
Makes it much easier for players to acclimatize into the first team when they’re already familiar with the style over years in the academy playing it

I have zero knowledge of City’s youth process, but recruiting from them can’t be a bad thing.
