Thiago Alcantara has decided to retire from professional football. Former Barça, Bayern, Liverpool and Spain player has made his decision. Thiago’s passion and love for the game continues as he’s ready for new chapter in football after few months planning for it.

    I still remember seeing his first ever goal against Racing…I hate Bayern for easily snatching him, he would’ve been Xavi’s successor..

    Man, it’s probably impossible given whatever Fabrizio is hinting at, but would love him on low wages at Barça to finish what should have been. Would contribute more than Sergi does, if he stays healthy.

    It’s a shame he didn’t stay but his decision to leave for more minutes makes sense.

    Shame. I think he’s a fantastic footballer. Would have loved for him to come back to Barca and become world class again. Oh well, maybe he’ll return as a staff member of some sort.
