You are rambling lol. Kane won't be dropped. This will probably be his last EURO tournament though. There are other strikers who will take his place by the next world cup. Kane is tired, and probably more psychological than physical. He has suffered major defeats with England recently.
Watkins for Kane from the start. Then bring Kane or Toney on at 60mins if we need to.
England has a history of keeping on strikers well past their best. Usually it takes a change of manager to cut the player from the team.

Honestly and Genuinely can someone explain how Harry Kane is this world class elite player? the guys only effective in the box, to which he is never in because hes playing as a CM. His "record braking" England goals come from pens, tap ins and teams like San Marino and Macedonia where he scores 4 of 6 because they all have day jobs and he competes in another competition (the nations league) to which the likes of Shearer or Rooney never got to compete in.
