My Opinion if England click with the new manager:
1. Spain
2. England
3. Germany
4. Argentina
5. France
6. Brazil
7. Netherlands
8. Portugal
If England don’t click and performances like in the Euros, they have no chance. 2nd to 6th are really tight, Spain are by far the best and Netherlands and Portugal are strong outsiders.
