On Marc Guiu aspect he's completely✅ number 9 which will definitely keep Jackson on the bench only if you where to choose as a 9, but if it where to play as free role upfront then you've to introduce Jackson ahead of Marc Guiu because Jackson is more good as winger than center forward, so if Osimen is coming to Chelsea it's more likely that Marc Guiu will be going out on loan deal because he's too good to be sitting on the benched.
