I hear the annoyance with PSR, but chelsea is not a good example of a club that are suffering because of it. Chelsea are shipping out / have shipped out the likes of Tomori, Chalaboah, Hall, Maatsen, Livramento in the last 5 years (defensive line only!) and have not bought a single defender who us better than any of these.
It's not the rules you absolute clown. It's your business model.
