Our transfer policy is shocking and so frustrating to see. We have a decent squad and only need a few top quality experienced players 23 years old to 28 years old maybe and we would have a good chance of top 4 challenging and a trophy , but these owners arenât interested in being a massively successful club they just want to turn over players for profit, which is fine if your first team is winning things and competing well but we arenât , and wonât this season in my opinion, we will be lucky to get top 8
