I’m in two minds about it, I think if they acknowledge it then they would need to retrospectively take action for violent conduct, so therefore they probably won’t ever mention it ever again.

I wish Merino was able to come in for Villa A but that’ll be too soon for sure. I would much rather go Rice & Merino duels for duels instead of hoping Partey or Jorginho can wrestle control of that game.

People need to calm down over the refereeing decisions. Seeing people talk about how they’re still seething this morning. We won, and there’s going to be worse decisions this season against us. The refs in England are absolute shite, that’s not changing anytime soon. Save your anger for when they cost us the game, otherwise you’ll never fully enjoy watching games this season.
