  1. If he reaches that early potential and our football style suits it, he might yet rejoin us one day. Go on Skippy! 💪

  2. Always want the best for players like skipp. Club grown but also a hard worker. Never really seemed like he would be a mainstay here, but I’m sure he will be able to reach his heights at Leicester.

Another academy kid whose talent was never allowed to grow because we kept playing worse choices that we spent money on instead of him. He’s young too which means in 2-3 years we’ll be hearing rumours about how we wanna sign him back for at least double of what we got from him (like with KWP ever since he left).

But hey weren’t you glad you could watch Pierre-Emile “Passing forwards is a crime” Hojbjerg every week for the last 3 years instead of Skipp? Sure would have been bad to see what he’d have developed into if we gave him even half of PEH’s time.

So happy he got that banger against Chelsea and hopefully he is on to great things.

Oh man, I’m not even from Tottenham, UK or even London. Never been to stadium but I am bawling my eyes out after this announcement. I don’t know want but seeing Skippy play made me feel that I was on the Field. I wish him the absolute best and hope to see him back at the Lane.

It’s interesting that he sees it almost as a final move away from the club. I’m hopeful that getting consistent playing time might put him in the frame for a return in the future after he gets the game time he needs to develop.
