During the Supercup I do remember Ancelotti telling the front line to change/swap sides. He used his arms to show the “switch” most likely this is what’s happening and probably the reason why Ancelotti said they didn’t follow the message/instructions. The midfield does have issues of their own, but I think that comment was towards the front line.

They are trying to penetrate the low block grouping and then moving towards space. Didnt work yesterday but it might in the future. Is very similar to what Rodrygo and Vini did last year, Rodry even made comments about how him and Vini told Ancelotti they like doing this. I think we are about to see some anime shit if they figure it out
