It’s been an honor Scott, you’re the true definition of a Manchester United player.

I wish you the absolute fucking best man, go kill it in Italy my boy. Show the world who you are.

  2. I’m sad to see McTerminator go, always felt like he could put a shift in when we needed it and had an eye for goal every now and again. Wish we had a way to keep him and still get Ugarte but I hope he does well and shows how good he can be!

Will miss you McSauce – it’s an excellent opportunity at this stage as I feel the club is going to toward a different direction.

I hope you do well at your new club and smash it for Scotland too.

Upwards and onwards for all concerned!

  4. It’s done. He helped us tremendously last season, but this should be an exciting change for him and the club as this surely should help get Ugarte through the door.

  5. Two midfielders needed then especially with Eriksen likely to leave, think we could be in for a busy week if Sancho leaves as well.

  6. Always liked Scott but glad we moved on from him, got a decent fee for an academy player and can hopefully reinvest into the team, thanks for the City goal

  7. Best of luck Scotty2Hotty. McBiscuits, McSauce, Terminator…

Definitely in favour of moving him on but still sad to see him go. He definitely had his limitations but I think the fanbase will remember moments like the Leeds game and the goal against City more than the bad ones.

  8. Shit, fair play to Ashworth/Wilcox, that’s actually a really good deal. It turns out it was a good decision to hold out when it was obvious Fulham and the like weren’t going over ÂŁ20m. So what’s that, like ÂŁ26m or so (not including the sell-on clause)? That’s not bad all things considered. Thanks for everything Scott, it was obvious you loved United but sadly you came up short quality-wise at times here – none of us are doubting your commitment to the club though, and thanks for those winning goals that you got for us in tight matches especially last season.

    Now let’s get Ugarte!

If the team on the pitch isn’t doing it, our negotiating team truly are.

  10. As a newer fan,he has given me 2 of my favorite United moments.

    Those being:-
    1)That winner vs City
    2)That brace vs Brentford

    Such an odd player.

I think he’ll do well in Italy. He just isn’t technical enough for Man United. I’ll miss his late game shithouse goals though. He bailed us out a few times last season.

  12. I know so many people will be thinking HALLELUJAH, but Scott has been nothing but professional and he gave his absolute all for this club.

This is a great deal to get done and it frees up space in the midfield, but thanks Scott for always trying your best when you put on the shirt.

    Now let’s get Ugarte!

McSauce I will never forget that goal against City, and last season you were our Ronaldo. I wish him all the best in Seria A hope he kills it.

    Fab:

Manchester United are set to close Manuel Ugarte deal… and __it can be now permanent transfer.__

If all goes to plan with Scott McTominay to Napoli, __Man United will proceed with permanent move for Ugarte as PSG wanted.__

Ugarte ONLY wants United, he’s ready to travel.

Wow… I don’t know how to feel. On the one hand, I was happy to see him stay as a squad player. On the other hand, it’s probably best that we sold him.

Best of luck, Scott. Thanks for all memories. Going to feel a bit weird, he’s been here so long.

  16. I’ll be honest, I don’t like this sale – Not every player can be a world-beater, a squad needs just that – Squad players. And McTominay was exactly that, a professional squad player.

I hope to be proven wrong, but I don’t like this.
