It's all the way down his arm, almost at the elbow. If it were Liverpool they'd be justifying it as handball, end of debate.
Jamie Redknapp seems to think it’s all shoulder until the elbow, which is quite an embarrassing display of ignorance to see on live TV.
It went in off the upper arm, which I’ll grant you isn’t a hand, but I can see why it got chalked off.
I do think Joelinton should have seen a red card though and Newcastle were lucky to get a point.
English refs once again holding back this league. Imagine if we never got foreign players, managers, coaches etc this league would be awful but English pundits don’t want to admit the ONLY reason PL is the best is cus of FOREIGN INFLUENCE

This is what VAR is for, giving the correct decisions. It hit his arm that much is obvious unless you're blind or have weirdly long shoulders
It clearly hits the shirt line on him. Considering you cant see the end of the tshirt on his arm.. if that ball was hitting his shoulder in that position you woudlnt see a gap between the ball and his head.
They keep saying oh we’re not going to re refereez, Then they bleeding do. It’s driving fans crazy. It’s meant to be for really calamitous errors not the close calls. Look VAR. Let the refs ref
What's the point of investing in Sky if VAR are making decisions like this? Pointless! There is no way that is a 'clear and obvious' error.
