I can see why Arteta wanted him. A wand of a foot wit the ability to unlock the deep blocks. Unfortunately it seems he just can’t handle the physicality of the league.

Do we have enough attacking options from the bench? Not saying that they r effective. Jesus is injury prone. ESR, Vieira, Eddie gone. Trossard/ Martinelli, Nwaneri, Nelson and who else?

Man that Nico Williams Orn Bomb is going to feel like A grade crack cooked by a tenured Chemistry Professor.

I hope he gets significant minutes. There’s a player in there but he needs experience if we want him to have a role here. At the very least I hope he raises his stock a bit

Unless you are so skillful like skinny Mahrez, you have to work hard, run hard and empose yourself on the game like an Odegaard. ESR was able to start at his age because he didnt blow away in a breeze and was happy to run. Vieira only ever gave us a few good passes and was a passenger any time he played.
Hope he has a good loan and we can get some money back in a sale…
