[Anthony Joseph] Celtic are making an improved offer of £9m for Augsburg midfielder Arne Engels. Augsburg rejected Celtic’s first offer of £6.5m & aren’t keen to sell. However, Celtic are pushing for a deal with Brendan Rodgers very keen to sign Engels. Talks continue.

Weren’t they wanting more than 10? Should probably just offer £10m to begin with
This deal seems to have come out of left field.
If we’re willing to go with 9 right now and if it’s true they’re wanting minimum £11m then you’ve got to think an extra £2m won’t be a problem, but then again it is Celtic we’re talking about
