How can you make a club to club deal when you don’t own 1/2 of that transaction?

He’s better on the ball than any of our current midfield, but has a tendency to go missing…
I’d take it all day long mind. I’ve been begging for another cm on account of ours all being so similar, nice to have a different option, even if he’s not the out and out 6 I’ve been asking for.
