  1. The appointments were confirmed at an ECA Board meeting today in Dublin.

The UCC is a subsidiary of UEFA, with half of the board members appointed by UEFA, and half by the ECA.

UCC’s role is to make recommendations to the UEFA Club Competitions Committee on strategic matters for its consideration before being referred up to the UEFA Executive Committee for approval.

The ECA is officially recognised by UEFA and FIFA as the sole, independent body for football clubs at the European level with a membership of over 650 professional clubs.

Commenting on his appointment, Jean-Claude Blanc, said: “It is an honour to join these important boards and contribute to the effective governance of European club football and its competitions.”

“These appointments demonstrate our commitment to playing a positive role within both UEFA and the ECA and further strengthen the relationships Manchester United enjoys across the European game.”

We have so many competent people at the Club now.

I have no doubt we will do well in 4-5 years time.

My problem is that in the short term what do we do. The Ten Hag situation is not ideal at all. We don’t know what he is as a manager.

From that, what I mean is how good he is no one knows. Man Beats Pep and Klopp with a half baked team and then gets slaughtered by them 2 when he has a good team…

The Red Cartel grows and is coming for Europe next!

That dodgy red card for an opponent in a knockout game is gonna HIT.
