So they haven't gone super restrictive in terms of prior attendance at European fixtures last season— only need to have attended 1 fixture to be in the early eligibility to purchase group.

Having attended all the home European fixtures last season, I had hoped that would be enough but seems they aren't too interested in that as I expect the pricing will limit to an extent anyway (that debate elsewhere).

Be interested to see what GA+ is going to be for this fixture given the normal premium can be around 50%-100% on top of a normal ticket!

Also be interesting to see how the Man U game sells as they’re released the evening before.

  2. Am surprised the criteria is not that restrictive but then again they don’t want to alienate fans at the new price point who may not have been to as many games. Hopefully if we get through to the knockouts they tighten the restrictions a bit, would love to see a “must have attended a championship game” lol.

  3. Controversial opinion that I’m sure will be downvoted. But it should be based on games gone to and not just European games.

There’s no way I should be ahead of someone that could have theoretically gone to every league and cup game other than Europe whilst I went to 1 European game and 2 league games last season.

I am looking for a ticket for Aston Villa vs Bayern Munich, unfortunately I am not a member of your glorious club and do not live in the UK, if any of you don’t need the ticket, here I am. 🙂
