McLean, Hanley and Dykes just cannot be starting versus a team of Portugal’s quality. We’re still playing with one forward! Where’s the pace in this team to hit a superior team on the break? Gilmour and McTominay need to each have the games of their lives if we are to win this one.
He seems to have the belief that if he drops players it’ll depress them too much and maybe upset them so they refuelse call-ups in the future. Like his main concern is not being able to make a full squad as he’s pissed off people.
