  1. Mike is a twit, the question he asks is extremely stupid, if he thought for just a second he would know we have had prem league managers, we have had some of best club managers in the world, IT DID NOT WORK, international football is very different, Carsley has been successful at the lower level with most of the same players, any success is something to consider moving forwards, but Newcastle idiot Mike wants us to move backwards, we have someone who knows how to win with most of these lads and the limited time and options available, so there is no better option if we are looking to move forwards.

  2. It might be u21's, but Carsley has won a tournament. With the players that are now coming through to the seniors and against players that are now coming through their respective teams. He's worth a go imo

  3. Mr Can’t run a football club still so self righteous and all knowing on football matters. Only sport in the world were an absolute failure can still comment on others achievements and mostly disparaging comments. What an absolute flaccid pen*s that man is

  4. Clueless people are who say because Carsley isn’t being considered for PL job makes him not suitable for the national job. The fact he helped them win the Euro U21 shows he knows how to win tournaments. That makes it obvious he should be given the national job permanent.

  5. Harry Kane is a low pressure player… He had it perfect at Spurs, playing in a side that was better than 70% of the league.

With England, less than 10% of the games are against equal/better opposition, so he will again score goals.

In high pressure games for Spurs and England, prime Harry Kane disappeared, so what will 30-something Kane achieve?

  6. I would much prefer to have a manager that has worked with these players in tournament football in the u21 level and won, it’s been tried and tested by other countries, Germany and Spain to name a couple. I think this will be good for England, Trent is actually playing as a RB for goodness sakes 😂
