I really encourage him training with Ajax. He can certainly be used to inspire younger players to always get the max out of themselves. I do however hope this will never result in offering him a player contract. We made the mistake of doing that once before. Let’s not do that again.

Honestly could be a good signing. Works hard and has a great mentality.
If he accepts a salary cut, I would love it if Ajax offered him a 1 year contract with option of a second. Also could potentially see him growing into a youth coach.
