  1. 4:3 loss and 3:1 win against Inter in 2010. The first one made me curious about Tottenham, the second one – made me fall in love

  2. Vs. Brighton 2020, 2-1… my favorite player of all time coming back to the club and scoring for the first time again. By no means an extraordinary match, but nonetheless my favorite 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🐐

The 5-1 Worthington Cup semi final win over Chelsea in 2002.

We hadn’t won a single match against them in the entire PL Era, and lost the first leg 2-1 at Stamford Pit, so more of the same was largely expected – until Steffen Iversen made it 1-0 on the night after two minutes, and from then we utterly obliterated them.

I vaguely recall the neighbours wondering what the hell was going on by the time Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink got sent off on 55 minutes, when we were already 3-0 up on the night.

    Ajax is different class

However, the Man City game before this in itself probably had more drama. It is also my argument when people say VAR means you can’t celebrate and it kills the atmosphere. The atmosphere after the city goal was ruled out was INSANE and shows var can actually create an atmosphere too.

  5. 2-1 vs Sheffield United. I was skeptical of a prem club to support. This match made me support spurs fully.

    Kulusevski’s goal.. oh man

  6. I became a fan of football in general and of Spurs when my friend dragged me to the pub to watch our route to the Champions League final. I was a weird English person not having followed football my entire life, and now it’s an obsession.

    Will never forget those games.
