I'm using an old version of the Career Mode Overhaul mod (on Nexus mods, newer versions may have fixed these) which adds icons and selected other old players to squads. For Spurs this includes the likes of Berbatov, Keane, King, Jan and Toby. Other legends such as Lineker, Gascoigne and Crouch are on other teams as well.
The funniest thing about these two in particular, is that "Paulinho" for some mad reason was in the Spurs squad alongside the more esteemed figures of Modric, Dembele, Eriksen and Dele. While "Sheringham" was at West Ham!
Along with old Asian Teddy and white woman Paulinho the mod also gave me race swapped Michael Dawson, old man Dembele, and bizarro versions of Defoe, Bale and Lennon.
It's also got me thinking about how many legends of the club and English football in general are missing or have never been featured in the game: Greaves, Jennings, Blanchflower and Mackay, Peters, Hoddle, Ardiles to name a few.

The only two the mod was missing for me were Kane and van der Vaart. Who else would you like to have in your dream Spurs team?

So far in game I’ve tried to emulate what they were like IRL, ie scored a screamer with Bale, a nonchalant curler with Berbatov, clinical finishing with Keane and Defoe (assisted by Lennon of course). The one I haven’t been able to score yet is a header with Crouchy.
And if anyone is wondering, “Sheringham” is the worst of the forwards
Asian sherringham is one thing, but his face looks like OP is about to banned from China.
