It’s funny how he left Barcelona to become recognized as the best player in the world but 90% of his legacy is still that he was amazing at Barcelona. Nobody cared about what happened afterwards, even tho he spent more time in Paris. What a horrible career decision.

– On 2014/2015 Neymar never back down against any team and have scored against Atletico , Athletic Bilbao in copa del rey finals , Sevilla , Real Madrid , Atletico Madrid , P$G x5 , Bayern x3 , and one in the finals against Juventus.
– He has incredible goal contributions numbers directly and also indirectly
– Not only that but Neymar got 3rd place in Balon d’or in 2015 just behind Messi and CR7 , 5th place on 2016 , 3rd place in 2017 , and in 2020 his only fully season with P$G he was Top 2-3 contender (behind Lewandowski ofc)
– So Neymar could easily have won 2-3 Balon d’or if he was not in the era of Messi and CR7 and maybe won at least 2 balon d’or had he stayed in Barca
– He was meant to be “the number 10” once Messi left and then he would pass the torch to Lamine 🙁
– Furthermore , Neymar is insane with Brasil , he is their max goal scorer and the player with the most “assist” in international iirc. Being “the max goal scorer” for Brasil when you have GOATS like Pele or Ronaldo Nazario , speaks how great Neymar was.
