UK govt won’t fund Casement Park works in time for Euros – N Ireland officially not hosting Euro ’28 games.

Really crap for Northern Ireland, but it’s officially dead as a host. Stadium will cost too much (projections of up to £400 million for a 35k stadium). 

 Looks like there will be a new host city in UK or Ireland though. Could be Edinburgh. Maybe Sheffield?? Not sure.
