Three people attempting to cross a high speed road full of cars. The two he was with *left* after he was hit, and did not report it to police/ambulance. So many wrongs here. Father/son duo as well, taking his kid across a busy highway. Can’t comprehend that at all.

My guess is they will be arrested for leaving the scene after they go to the match later and sit down next to the cops who have the 3rd ticket in the group of seats.
