Don’t think anyone expected this much of a change tbh, and a wild Reggie spotted 👀

  2. Forster is back… hmm.

Gray at RB is interesting and Bergvall playing is great.

Hoping Solanke gets off the mark.

  3. Didn’t really think of Gray playing at RB.

This feels like a good lineup. Plenty of changes and players who need games, including Udogie who needs fitness and Solanke who needs games and goals.

Forster worries me a little, but this feels about right.

  4. Honestly would’ve preferred to see Gray in the 6 and Spence at RB but generally I’m ok with this line up, excited to see Bergvall

  5. Quite an exciting lineup imo except for Forster lol at least he should have a relatively quiet night

  6. Gray getting the nod at RB ahead of Spence eesh. Was fully expecting Spence to play this game given he’s not in the Europa squad.

Actually hope Reguilon can get a few minutes today too, to see whether he can play this system.

  7. I know resting romero and micky is smart but no CBs on the bench is making me nervous.
Honestly so is Forster and Gray at RB instead of Spence

  8. On the one hand it’ll be good to see some of these guys play. On the other, that’s almost a fully second-XI in a game that I think we pretty much have to win to generate some much-needed vibes. So Ange is definitely opening himself up for flak if we don’t get the win.

for any long time user of the sub /r/coys being overly negative about the lineup is a great sign

  10. Just win. All I care about. If we drop out of the competition at this point, my head will be orbiting Neptune.

  11. I kept quiet not jinx the NLD but shit happened regardless so tonight: gray and bergvall masterclass, and solanke to open his spurs account. Odobert will sit their fullbacks down, Mr.xOG will get an assist and the dragon will bully their striker.

  12. I suppose you have to be careful with the first team starters, poor little souls might go on strike, if they have to play to often.

Call Spurs a Ferris wheel because that’s a lot of rotation.

    Also a lesser-spotted Reguilon sighting.

  14. Poor Spence. Lineup looks risky but it’s about mentality more than people on the pitch. This team should be able to beat Coventry. If they can’t then god hep us

  15. Gotta wonder what Djed Spence has done wrong? I’m starting to wonder if Ange just likes to keep one player in his squad who he deliberately treats poorly to send a message to the others. Last season, he told Lo Celso part of his plans, then avoided every opportunity to use him. This time round, it seems to be Spence.
