After our last match it’s clear that Barca need to begin their hunt for a goalkeeper which would take over the #1 spot since Marc can’t step up in big games. Is known to step up when it matters the most and a penalty expert, which Marc clearly struggles in saving. Considering how many mistake our defence makes because of lack of experience and discipline which results in us giving away penalties (we almost conceded another penalty yesterday). With how much experience he has while playing in premier league facing top clubs every other week, and with how much experience he has gathered by playing in every big tournaments (UCl, EPL, Copa America and World Cup) -
Julen Agirrezabala

Has experience playing against laliga clubs and has played numerous games in a lot of tournaments. Is young and can develop well under flick’s staff and has a lot of potential to be the next big thing. Was Impressive against Barca in our last clash with athletic Bilbao in Copa del ray where we lost 4-2 , despite conceding 2 goals those goals were the result of terrible defence of Bilbao. With Barca young and quality defence, he can be a brilliant signing for us. -
Gregor Kobel
Age: 26
Market value: 40 million
Current club: Borussia Dortmund
Country: Switzerland
Arguable the goalkeeper with most potential in the world right now with a great track record in champions leagues and Bundesliga. Can understand German which will play a big role under Hansi Flicks time as a Barcelona head coach. Dortmund is know for selling talents all over Europe, and will likely not try to retain kobel if a proper offer from Barca comes knocking on their door and hansi flick project can attract a top young talent such as kobel. The only problem seems to be the price tags of 40 million which I don’t think we can afford in the January transfer window but with the addition of the prize money we will most likely receive at the end of the season, with that we can most likely afford to buy kobel and with out wage bill being doubled thanks to the Nike deal. This signing seems highly possible if deco acts quick and smart as many top clubs would be race to get kobel signature as young and talented GK are becoming rarer in the market. -

A great talented goalkeeper with a very similar profile as kobel. Is at the right age where players usually hit their prime and is really cheap looking at the current market. Would make a great addition to our squad. Highly rated by Germans so much so that Germans years back were rooting and predicting for him to take over the number one spot for Germany after Neuer despite ter stegen being present. A great shot stopper with a mediocre use of his legs. But passing won’t be the problem as we have cubarsi to make those long passes with brilliant accuracy as flick’s system doesn’t rely on playing it from the back rather going starting at the goal. He can improve technically under flick and his brilliant staff. Also my personal favourite to take over Marc Andre ter stegen.
