Letter of the laws is that contact doesn’t matter and that is a red card.
More rope for Webb to hang himself with.
Same official made about letter of the law for a non violent challenge but ignores letter of the law for a leg breaker that fortunately didn’t make contact.

yeah. but god forbid you roll the ball away to delay a freekick. Definitely deserves the same punishment as this potential leg breaker.
