  1. I dont care if this league is miles behind PL, but that finish is outrageous for young player. Excited to see him in January and Madders pinging balls like this to him.

  2. Unfortunately, Gangwon loss the match 2-1 as they immediately conceded after the restart.

Quick rundown of Yang’s match, Played more centrally and looked to come deep to get more touches on the ball. I liked how he demanded the ball and tried to start things with quick passes. At times I felt he went down a little too easily. Composed on the ball, looked to beat his man to start breaks quickly and showed good awareness to pause and wait for support to come. One moment sticks out to me as he was able to get to the byline and with speed he zipped a cross into the box that made me smile thinking of Ange ball. I think Yang fits the profile to an Ange winger.

His goal was composed and shows his confidence in himself. Yang’s finishing is one of his strengths. With this goal Yang Min-Hyeok has 9 goals and 4 assists in 31 matches in his first season of professional football.

While Yang Min-Hyeok may not be the most pacey player his ability on the ball and reading of the game allows him to be more faster than the level he’s playing at. Curious to see what Yang looks like against better opposition!
