So I’ve been making a ranking of all the Faroese clubs based on things like how good their food or views are, and deducting points for tinpottery. How many tinpot points do we reckon for having a match against Motherwell be significant enough to be worth framing? For reference I gave them two for using a vending machine as extra shelf space in the trophy room

Paul Lambert on the bench for that game, oddly enough Motherwell went out to two Karl Heinz Reidle goals for Borussia Dortmund in the next round. Lambert signed for them on a Bosman and then set up Reidle’s opening goal in the Champions League final after having Zidane in his pocket the whole game. All thsose accolades, Man of the Match in CL final but he never played against HB Tórshavn.
