Assuming that when you say you’ve got a new phone that you mean you used to have ST on your old phone. You need to remove it from your old one before you can add it to your new one. You can only have a season ticket on one device. If you’ve no longer got access to the old one, you may have to get in touch with the Club who can remove it for you manually.
