I'm not angry about the cancellation. It happens. I'm angry about the fact they say "have a read below and find out why" and then just apologise let me know when I'm going to be refunded. No reasoning whatsoever about why it needed to be cancelled. Disgraceful email.

  1. I’m guessing this is in relation to the Adidas Originals drop?….. Things like this happen all the time when it comes to limited drops, Adidas had obviously only assigned X-amount of each item to JD and NUFC meaning that there’d always be additional sales that slipped through the net where the order couldn’t be fulfilled, I would suggest that’s the reason for the cancellation and that all you’ve got here is an automated e-mail which goes out when orders can’t be fulfilled, bottom line, you’re getting a full refund, accept it and move on, not really sure why you’re raging about it and why you feel its such a “disgraceful” e-mail?
