Who’s fault was it mostly?
Personally I think half the team

Kroos was doing all the work by himself with the ballin the midfield. Baffling the board couldn’t see it.

Personally, I was worried that real Madrid would be the biggest upset this champions league. The team felt to tilted to the left. But damn. I don’t know what happened there, was not expecting this.Â

I miss Kroos, Joselu, Nacho, Kepa, Nico Paz. We all had good time last season … [sits in a corner crying]

This has been a long overdue very deserved loss. I loved the remontadas, i celebrated the titles, but it has been ages (since last season) since I saw a convincing entertaining performance from our team.
Down vote me if you want to, but I envy many teams on their dominating amusing clear tactics, Man city, Klopp’s liver, Arsenal, Inter, Xabi’s bayer, even Aston Villa. We have over and over been saved by individual brilliance of our talented players. Vini magic, Joselu’s moments, Jude’s brilliance, and many other individual moments, I don’t see team play, or clear style, especially with Kroos gone, we are toothless and boring.
I know that we win much more than we lose, but considering the amazing players we have, we should be much better. Carlo is an amazing man manager, I love the zero drama in the team, but he ran of gas, we need someone else with more creativity and dominance.

I always remember Robben, Ribery and Co complaining about the lack of intensity in training when Carlo was coach at Bayern. It’s evident in how we play when we have very energetic players but they seem not to know what to do out there. Love Carlo but he has to step down.

Mbappe wasn’t the player that Real needed in this moment..

Ancelotti tactics were not good
And vinicius as always in big matches, he was mid.
He literally shot a ball to the moon and another to fans

I’m not worried too much, we played well against Atletico and Mbappe was beginning to settle in before the injury, today it was just a lackluster performance primarily due to Carlo experimenting with rotation. Tbh what concerned me the most today was the passing and all the yellow cards we received.
By the time we face Barcelona later this month, we should have a better idea about what to expect from this season.
