    £4m+ obligation on this boy at the end of the season and, no harm to him, he’s seen the treatment bench more than the training pitch in his two spells here.

    I swear there better be a cancellation clause where he had to play a certain amount of matches for this obligation to stick.

    I find the injury prone calls of Cortes and Danilo in particular a bit much, and I get it we’ve been burned so much recently we are all traumatized, but both players initial injuries were from bad tackles/impact resulting in long term injuries to their knees which always leads to more injuries right afterwards as they build back up and often have to change the way they move.

    If they were getting loads of small injuries like Roofe and Hellander were id be a lot more concerned, but I’m firmly in the let them actually get fit and playing again before I get concerned.
