So regarding the fourth slide:
This has no statistical backing or any research what I am about say just so you know.
I think what made the last second winner for city more likeable is the fact that they overcame a regularly reigning Man Utd at the top while Bayern extended the 10 year streak of winning the bundesliga to 11 years.
In the public eye this was just another Championship to be expected (even if it came down to the last game of the season) and felt like the same old story maybe.
Manchester overcoming the odds (with a huge financial boost, which is a different story)
Vs
A Same procedure as last year ending to the Bundesliga
Once more just what I think to be a general consensus.
