More great news from the academy (following the announcement of Jamal Jimoh-Aloba also signing a new deal today), Rowe’s another very good prospect.

For those who don’t watch the u21s, he’s a flying right-back, carries the ball beautifully and tends to have good end product with regard to his vision/passing/crossing at the end of those runs. I think he’s got a real chance, albeit I felt the same about Kesler-Hayden and that hasn’t totally panned out yet.

I didn’t realise it, but Rowe actually turned 18 (at which point he could sign a long-term deal) all the way back in May, so it’s a bit of a relief he’s finally committed to the club.
