I doubt that Saka is actually associating himself with him, it’s just PR work to get rid of the rumours about the security protocols.
The last thing the club or Saka needs is an uneasy relationship with a somewhat unhinged seemingly gang associated fighter with a weird unhinged fanbase.

I feel like I’m the only arsenal fan who really didn’t find this ordeal deep at all. McGregor is a silly bastard, granted, but the two were just having a laugh, and it was clear that there was no intention to injure anyone. Not only that, but nothing came of it. It would be a different story if Saka came away with a broken leg, but he didn’t – so what’s the big deal? I really don’t understand why people are so pissed off.
