He has the talent and ability. I think he is slowly improving and gaining confidence. Sancho is a good healthy competition, him and Sancho competing for that position will be mutually beneficial for both of them. Sancho is not some undroppable player, Mudryk can displace him if he improves.

Incredibly frustrating at times, but you can’t deny he has 20/20 vision man, I think that’s been clear since day 1. If Jackson/whoever else had scored a lot of these and misha had assists on the stat sheet I think we’d all criticize him a lot less. That being said he needs to get himself involved in games. I noticed that in a lot of these clips he gets the ball deep in our half and then plays really good linebreaking passes. Yeah his pace is insane, but Maresca needs to see the value he provides in deep areas. He just lets himself be a passenger a lot of the times when we could really use those passes, especially in games like vs forrest

I think the EPL is slowing down for him – also he is learning to simplify his play & role to be more effective, I give Maresca credit for that – it’s almost like he was too quick and can do too many things, was trying to do too many things.

Misha needs confidence, again, and that is worrisome.
Watching Sancho take delight in going at his man 1:1 and then watching Mudryk literally look at the defended and then pass it back, that’s the head scratcher. He’s faster than Sancho right? I feel like this was against Barrow as well, like afraid to run at “lesser” teams is crazy.
Neto came on and immediately started torching his defender. Which is what Mudryk should have been doing all game.

At least the guy is humble, tries hard and willing to learn. And he is improving, he has great moments, can’t expect everyone to turn out like Palmer. I don’t get why some of us feel the need to shit on our own players attack the time? Constructive criticism is fine but some are just unnecessary sly comments, putting him in the same category as Antony, etc.. I’m glad that the fans at the game are generally supportive.

This might sound outlandish given current standing – but i really feel Misha could be moulded similar to how Salah progressed. Not saying he’d have the same ceiling – but the ability. He has the raw pace and explosiveness…. But needs to build up on it, much like Salah did in Serie A

The amount of good faith Mudryk gets from this sub compared to someone like Noni is very very interesting to say the least.

The PL is such a high level that even average PL wingers are capable of great moments. Most Mudryk performances have involved maybe 1 or 2 good moments but too many miscontrols, being too predictable in dribbling inside and getting tackled and blasting shots high over the bar.

He just needs to graduate to dropping consistent complete performances.
Not many wingers with his speed profile attempt passes like we’ve seen in the video.
